and Expectations

The NMA is a live coaching environment — not a webinar or a passive course. These norms exist to protect the quality of everyone's experience, including yours. Please read and take them seriously before June 13.

📅 Show Up to All Four Sessions

All four sessions are required. If an emergency arises, notify the team in advance at training@abrahamowoseni.com. Session replays will be uploaded to your LMS — but attendance is where the real learning happens.

📷 Camera On Throughout

This is a coaching room, not a webinar. Cameras on signals presence and respect for your cohort and your facilitator. Please ensure good lighting and a tidy background before joining.

Arrive Five Minutes Early

Sessions begin at 6 PM WAT sharp. Join at 5:55 PM to test your audio, open your workbook, and arrive mentally — not just digitally.

💻 Laptop Preferred

Connect with a laptop or desktop for the best experience. If joining on a mobile phone, use landscape orientation throughout for better screen visibility during hands-on sessions.

🔇 Quiet, Private Space

Arrange a quiet, private space for all four sessions. You will be speaking, coaching, and sharing real workplace situations. A distraction-free environment protects your experience and your cohort's.

📓 Bring Your Workbook

Your session workbook will be shared before each session. Download it, print it or have it open digitally, and bring it to every session. Use it between sessions for your application tasks.

🔒 Hold the Space with Respect

What is shared in the coaching room stays in the room. Confidentiality is a non-negotiable condition of this environment. Other participants are trusting you with their real challenges.

🙋 Bring Your Real Questions

Not the polished version. The question you have been afraid to ask out loud. This room was built for exactly that. The more honest you are, the more valuable the session becomes for everyone.

Issued by MindMould School of Leadership and Human Development upon completion of all four sessions and core deliverables. Your name appears exactly as you provided it on the onboarding form.

Your 90-Day Blueprint

A concrete leadership action plan built in Session 4 and designed for immediate application. Not a course summary — a working document for the leader you are becoming over the next three months.

Your Community

The NMA Leaders Insider Community remains active beyond the final session. Your cohort — the people who went through the same experience — becomes a peer network you carry into your leadership career.
